to the hiring manager.
Selection criteria for transfers and/or promotions utilized to identify the best candidate may include but not be limited
to evaluation of skills and qualifications for the posted position, prior and current employment record, attendance,

BENEFITS
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Footprint offers a variety of benefit programs designed to assist you and your family in meeting the financial burdens
that can result from illness, injury, or death, to help you plan for retirement and enhance your personal financial
security. Your benefits are an important part of your total rewards package.
This section provides a summary of the Company’s benefit programs. Complete descriptions of our medical, dental,
life and disability plans, and our 401(k) plan, are contained in the respective Summary Plan Descriptions, which are
available once you are eligible to participate. The plan documents themselves govern and constitute the only full
statement of the benefits provided and applicable restrictions.
Footprint reserves the right to amend or discontinue any of its benefit programs or to require or increase employee
contributions with or without advance notice and at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law. The
Company will provide as much advance notice of any changes as reasonable and practical, if possible.
The Company holds an annual open enrollment period for employees to add, change or eliminate coverage in certain
pre- tax benefit plans (e.g., medical and dental) for you and/or your family members. You will be notified when open
enrollment occurs.
Please note that since your contribution toward the cost of most of these benefits is made on a pre-tax basis, federal
law does not allow you to make changes in coverage during the plan year unless you experience a qualified family
status change and apply for corresponding changes to coverage within 31 days of the change. For complete
information regarding any of our benefit programs, please consult the Summary Plan Descriptions or plan
documents.
