The Top 10 Most Important Lessons They Don’t Teach You in School
Good communication requires good manners. Manners are such
an important part of communication. Money can’t buy manners!
Truly good manners are invisible while bad manners are
extremely visible. Good manners reflect something from the
inside. They are an inborn sense of consideration for others
and respect for self.
Supreme court judge Clarence Thomas said, “good manners will
open doors that the best education cannot.” I fully agree with
this. I like to say that good manners open closed doors and bad
manners close the open doors. Good manners lead to better
relationships and greater success in life. In today’s society,
manners are a relief, not an obligation. The true measure of
good manners is how you treat those who do not have any.
Good manners cost NOTHING.
