Richmond had been told that Holland and other EEC countries had %u201c unusual%u201d food labelling techniques, but found that the EEC is %u201c way behind the U.S.%u201d in marking its food. %u201c I was thoroughly disappointed,%u201d he said. %u201c There is no comprehensive plan there at all.%u201dThe rest of Richmond%u2019s journey was spent in Morocco. Working with the Agency for International Development (AID), an Agency run by the Department of State, he spent several days exploring the problems of overpopulation, finding that %u201c it%u2019s harder to reduce population than to start a war.%u201d He also paid visits to Jewish communities in Casablanca and other areas of the country, where the Jewish population numbers some 25,000. Many Jews, fearful of persecution, have left Morocco while others have remained. %u201c They are worried about the attitude of the government toward the Jewish people, generally,%u201d Richmond said.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *TV%u00a3 Christmas Programt Sunday, Dec. 10* 1 1 A .
