Both are charged with petty larceny and possession of burglar%u2019s tools.AFTER THE FACT: An al leged attempted murderer was arrested on June 25 at 4:10 p.m. by Detective Richard Demayo of the 78th Precinct. Demayo captured Percival Aris, 35 of 702 Fulton St., who is charged with shooting another person at that residence with a shotgun on May 21. The victim was sent to Methodist Hospital and lived: Aris is charged with attempted murder, possession of a shotgun and assault.TALMUDIC ACADEMY SHOOTING: Robert Cunningham, 21, of 111 Bridge Street has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest, for allegedly firing four shots into an occupied lunchroom of the United Talmudic Academy at 167 Sands Street at around 3:45pm on June 20. Making the arrest on June 20 was Officer Mario DeLa Vega of the 84th Precinct who hadreceived a description of the perpetrator and his getaway vehicle. Richardson allegedly walked into the bank, produced a toy gun and passed a note to a teller demanding money and threatening to %u201c blow your head off.%u2019%u2019 The teller and bank manager filled a bag with $3,175, and allowed him to leave. After he was arrested on Classon Ave. between Berkeley and Union, Richardson confessed to three previous bank jobs, including another at a Manufacturer%u2019s al 207 Fifth Ave.SCISSOR STAB: For allegedly stabbing two people, one a 47-yearold female, with a pair of scissors, Officer Edward Skryzpek of the 78th Precinct arrested Ira Hay, 44 of 575 Bergen St. on June 29 at 5:45 a.m. He is charged with two counts of assault and possession of a dangerous weapon.KNIFE NAB: Manuel Waller, 24, of 365 Greene Ave., was arrested by 78th Precinct Officer John Young in front of 20 ParkPlace at 2:20 a.m. June 29 and charged with possession of a gravity knife.STARTING SMALL: A 15-year -old boy was arrested June 28 at 1 p.m. by 78th Precinct Officer Thomas Coyne, after he allegedly approached a 14-year-old boy and told nim to hand over his money, %u201cor else I%u2019ll kick you in the ass.%u201d The juvenile is charged with attempted robbery.UNDERCOVER SALE: Officer Michael Falco of the Brooklyn South Narcotics Division arrested Roy Powell, 17, of 1416 Brooklyn Ave., at 4 p.m. June 28. Powell allegedly sold marijuana to an undercover cop. and is charged with both the sale and possession of more than 8 ounces of marijuana; also arrested was a 15-yearold minor, charged with possession of marijuana.COCAINE POSSESSION: Carmelo Sanmiguel, 39, of 170 Fifth Ave., was arrested at 4:58 p.m. June 28 by Officer Nicholas Garcia of the Brooklyn South Narcotics Division, when he sold alleged cocaine to an undercover cop. He was also found in possession of 28 plastic bags of alleged cocaine, 4 tinfoil packets of alleged heroin , 2 syringes and 2 hypodermic needles.MARIJUANA STORE: A variety store at 648 Vanderbilt Ave. was closed down at 11:30 p.. on June 27 when 78th Precinct Officer David Braun arrested a proprietor, Jose Avellanet, 20 of 762 Lincoln Place, for selling an envelope of alleged marijuana to a customer for$3. He was additionally found carrying a driver%u2019s license that did not belong to him and a gravity knife; he is charged with sale and possession of marijuana, possession of stolen property and possession of a dangerous weapon.FOLLOW-UP: One of two men who allegedly robbed a 24-year-old man of a gold chain, watch and $5 on June 13 at Pacific St. and Fourth Ave. was arrested at 2 p.m. June 27 by Detective Robert Sindone of the 78th Precinct. Jose Anidal Rivera, 21, of 640 Carroll St., was nabbed for the robbery which ended in a stomach of the victim, who was not seriously injured. Rivera is charged with robbery, assault and possession of a dangerous weapon.GUN CATCH: Officer Garrett Farrell of the 78th Precinct arrested William Hartman, 20, Of 986 St. John%u2019s PL, for allegedly carrying a loaded .38 calibre revolver in a paper bag at 2:15 a.m. on June 27 at Atlantic and Fourth Ave. The serial numbers on the gun had been removed.FOUR-WAY ARREST: Offi cers John Kelly, Hector Perez, Howard Hoffman and Thomas Coyne of the 78th Precinct arrested four men when they allegedly tried to break into an auto parts store at 630 Sackett St. at 11:55 p.m. June 26.
