Carlo’s Bakery No matter what time of the day, a
delicious baked good is a welcome
treat. The Valley has some legend-
ary bakeries that are popular
with just about everyone. Here
are some of the best.

Carlo’s Bakery

A new contender to the scene is at the
Venetian Hotel. Carlo’s Bakery is owned by the
TLC Television Network’s “Cake Boss” Buddy
Valastro. He is a fourth-generation pastry chef
who was born into the business and taught by
his parents. The new Vegas location is a 55,000
square foot facility where visitors can watch
specialties being made before their eyes.

You will find a massive amount of cookies
that represent so many flavors it would take
a book to describe them. Éclairs are filled
with a silky filling that mixes seamlessly with
premium chocolate spread on top. This is also
a great spot to indulge in a cream puff with
a fresh and airy outside pastry plus creamy
filling. It melts in your mouth.

Their specialties can also be sent anywhere
in the world.
