Chef Flemming’s Bake Shop Carlo’s Bakery
Chef Flemming Pedersen has been slaving
over hot ovens for 40 years. As a Certified
Executive Pastry Chef, his creations have be-
come regular events for residents of Hender-
son and enlightened visitors. His smiling face
is a constant at the homey establishment.
Everything is baked from scratch with the
freshest ingredients. Traditional European
favorites fill the display counters. A must-
order is a cinnamon roll. These are lighter
than most as a croissant-type dough is used.
On top is a frosting that is so good you will be
licking the fork for more.
Cakes are another specialty with a wide
variety for any occasion. Chef Flemming also
is heavily involved in the community. Visit
the first Saturday of the month for Scandina-
vian favorites.
