keen eye for capturing nature’s wonders through his Senior Vice President
passion for climbing. Donald’s background as a mill 541.770.3177 ext. 206

It was during my tours in Vietnam Medford, OR 97504
in the late 1960s when I discovered
that I had to compose things. I winter 2015 • southernoregonmagazine.com 11
picked up a hand-crank film edi-
tor and started chopping up my
movie film and rearranging it. A
30-year career in city planning,
family and creative involvements in video, writing
and music spanned the next four decades. A 2007
retirement enabled me to combine my compo-
sitional experiences and my passion for art with a
diligent study of photography. A 2008 in-depth photo
assignment inspired me to give birth to GEORGE
RUBALOFF Photography.

TIMOTHY BULLARD has been pho-

Grants Pass from Houston in 1986.

launching point, she’s learned that
there is life after “Oz.” Wearing
many hats including freelance
writer for regional and national
publications, children’s book author, mother of two
sons and a daughter, wife, photographic and artist
model, poet, receptionist, magician’s assistant and
animal-lover she’s most happy living, observing and
experiencing life in beautiful Southern Oregon.
