We would like to congratulate Emma Jones, Eva
Harris, Isobel Wibrow-Yelland, Cailey Papworth
and Layla Wilksch for being selected to represent
Harvest Christian College and the Yorke Peninsula
in the YP Zone Athletics Team.
This was held in Week 10 of Term 1 in Adelaide,
with the team coming 5th overall in Division 1,
C-grade for the School Sport SA competition. A huge
thank you to the parents for getting the students
there to compete.
We also congratulate India Amber, James
Richardson, Sarah Griffin, Gus Hall and Indie
Sherriff, who were also selected for the team but
were unable to make it.
YP Zone Athletics
In Week 11 Term 1, teams from Years 7/8 and 9/10
represented the College at the SACSA Volleyball
Carnival at The Lights Community and Sports Centre
in Lightsview. The students a lot of fun learning the
rules of the sport, and showed great sportsmanship.
