Overview

              THE NEED

◆ As the company continues the maturation process, we are being
presented with larger and more complex opportunities.

◆ As we add larger projects, we begin to aggregate more risk that,
if not managed, can present a danger to the organization.

◆ Our history demonstrates we have had variable success on large projects. This
document is a guide to assist our teams in stabilizing this performance.
