             Healing









             Utilizing vibrations and energy sources like sound,
             music, or physical massage is a valuable
             complementary therapy. It supports both traditional
             medicine and overall well-being. Athletes, in particular,
             find this balance between physical health and stress
             management crucial before their games.


             Nowadays, as our lives have become comfortable, the
             human body is prone to emotional and psychological
             fatigue due to over-information. This kind of fatigue
             increases stress hormones in the body, causing
             inflammation and generalized muscle fatigue or
             weakness further aided by a sedentary lifestyle.


             Vibrations, particularly of the low amplitude, stimulate
             muscles as energy is provided by a vibration device that
