helping you live longer. For example, one study indicates that men who follow a vegetarian diet live
approximately 10 years longer than those on a regular diet (83 years vs. 73 years). Additionally,

cious and loads of fun!

accounts for over 14% of greenhouse gas emissions. A global shift to a vegetarian diet could cut these emissions by
70%. Furthermore, the economic benefit of reduced gas emissions could be $570 billion annually.

could save the same amount of emissions as a family taking a small car off the road for 6 months. You might not be
able to stop using your car in day-to-day life, but you can choose to eat
vegetarian food.

It takes an enormous amount of water to grow crops for animals to eat, clean filthy factory farms, and give animals
water to drink. A chicken breast takes over 735 litres of water to produce, that could fill up your bathtub 4.6 times. By
going vegetarian, one person can save approximately 829005 litres of water a year.
A meat-eater’s diet requires 17 times more land, 14 times more water and 10 times more energy than a vegetarian’s,
according to research published by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
