bring our minds back inside from within.
G Yoga brings equanimity of mind and is the
best practice to live a peaceful life. With

What's the key to living a happy life? That's the question we all ask ourselves.
Several days ago, I read an inspiring thought by Paramahansa Yogananda,
"Learn to be calm and you will always be happy". It means controlling our ex-
treme emotions, our anger, our feeling of retaliation, and living a stress-free
and worry-free life.
Calming down is definitely something we need to learn. Meditation plays a
significant role in our lives as it enables us to attain that control and tranquil-
lity in our body. We all began to recognize the true value of everyone's health
after the pandemic. Being healthy means having a well-balanced mind and
a peaceful soul in addition to being physically fit. And to achieve that, even a
few minutes of meditation can help you regain your serenity and inner
peace.
Beginning your day with meditation helps you achieve the balance in life
that is necessary for each one of us to have these days. Making it a part of
your daily routine helps in making us resilient to stress and anxiety.
When a baby is agitated and cries out for something right away, the parents
either satisfy the baby's wants or assist in calming them down. This is how I
simply compare meditation to our parents. In a similar manner, when your
mind becomes overloaded and makes it difficult for you to make decisions,
meditation can act as your parents, soothing your anxiety and giving you the
inner fortitude and power to bounce back as high as you can.
If you're unsure of where to begin, try concentrating on your breathing for five
minutes. Sit comfortably, unwind your body, and focus on your breathing to
do this. Simply bring your focus back to your breath whenever you start to
think about something else.
PS: In my opinion, meditation makes our ordinary lives happier.
