MOTIVATION...A NECESSITYThe necessity of remaining motivated despite the everyday challenges we encounter is sometimesan overwhelming task. I spent some time with my friends discussing the many ways we fight losingmotivation and pretty much the list became clear. These are the most common things that keepcoming up when it comes to keeping yourself motivated every day.Start your morning on the right foot. Remember thatevery moment is precious and should be valued.Every breath is a gift and every minute is anopportunity to grow. Wake yourself to a routine ofpleasantness that will energize you throughout theday. Maybe start with your favorite playlist, ahealthy breakfast, and some exercise, yoga, Zumba, pilates, whatever makes that booty shake willincrease your brain activity. Endorphins are only oneof many neurotransmitters released when youexercise. It also stimulates the release of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. These chemicals playan important part in regulating your mood. Raisingyour levels of serotonin boosts your mood andoverall sense of well-being.Make a TO-DO List. Preferably the day or nightbefore. This will help keep you on task and keep youorganized. By having a task list you will be able tofeel more accomplished at the end of the day. It isvery important that you do not fill up your platewith so many items that it becomes impossible toachieve. You want your list to be a series of tasksthat get you closer to your overall goal. This willhelp you maintain focus and achieve maximumresults.By Jennifer Thompson - U.S.AI AM MAGAZINE - MOTIVATIONI AM MAGAZINE - 55Inspire Yourself to be positive.
