Mr. Kuhn in recall inq the orqanization of the Club paid  | f

            tribute  to  Mr.  Harold  F.Seymour, who  conceived  the

            idea of forminq it and  w as,of course, the leader  in

            its organization  tw enty  years ago.  In  commemoGt

            tion  of the  founding,  and  asatoken of esteem and

            affection  of the members, he  presented to Mr Seymour


            a Stereo  Realist Camera.




            Mr. Seymour in a very qracefuI w ay  expressed  h is

            appreciation  for  the  qiFb and  the  sentiments that

            went with  it. The  Past  Presidents'Club, he saiclcan

           contribute further in the  years to come to the proqress

            Mr.  Wellfond expressed his appreciation for the privi-  11

            leqe of actinq as Chairman of the Club durinq the past year.  |




            He then sugqested that the Club might want to con-  |

            sider the establishment of a foundation for the pur­

           pose of financial aid to students in courses  of  ]

             ndustrial  Distribution. This idea met with con­

            siderable support from other members.





            A motion was made by Mr. Johnson  and seconded  \
            by Mr. Geddes, and carried, that the Chair mam  ap­


            point a committee to consider the matter and  re
            port at a later meetinq.The committee appointed was-.  |
