Hanukkah Cooking Demo
with Chef Michael Solomonov

James Beard Foundation Award-winning Chef Michael Solomonov pres-
ents another dazzling cooking event. This time, Chef Solomonov will be
sharing some special recipes for making Chanukah tastier than ever! Learn
to make Apple Shrub, Abe Fisher’s Potato Latkes, Roman Artichokes with
Arugula and Olive Oil Poached Salmon, and Sfenj (Moroccan Doughnuts)

Survivor Series Program with Marie Silverman

Menachem Begin: Peace and War

and War (2020, 85 minutes) with film director Levi Zini. The film, which
