              Incheon Landing Operation Memorial Hall - 인천상륙작전기념관

           l  The Incheon Landing Operation Memorial Hall is located in Incheon, South Korea, and
              was established to commemorate the successful Incheon Landing Operation during the
              Korean War in 1950. This operation was a crucial military maneuver by the United Nations
              forces to land on the coast of Incheon, recapture Seoul, and turn the tide of the war. The
              memorial hall opened in 1984 and serves to educate and commemorate this historic
              event.
























           l  General MacArthur played a crucial role in the Korean War by leading the Incheon
              Landing Operation in 1950, which turned the tide of the war. This operation involved UN
              forces landing at Incheon, recapturing Seoul, and altering the course of the conflict.

           l  Exhibition Halls: These halls provide detailed information on the planning, preparation,
              and execution of the Incheon Landing Operation through various exhibits. Artifacts such
              as weapons, uniforms, photographs, and documents are displayed.
           l  Memorial Tower: Located
              at the entrance of the
              memorial hall, the tower is
              a symbolic structure
              commemorating the

              Landing Operation.
