KEYNOTE SPEECHES
It is my sincere hope that this Conference will serve as a catalyst reigniting the drive
and commitment to establish a space here, a place of deep historical signif cance for all
Koreans. Hopefully, we can make a space for North Korean escapees who desperately
need freedom, dignity, and human rights.
