Billing

All billing statements and invoices will be emailed to your Kettering University email address during
your second week of classes. Kettering University does not mail hardcopy billing statements.
When registering for classes online, students acknowledge enrollment in the selected class(es) and
authorize Kettering University to bill them for any related tuition and fees. Your first payment is due
on the Monday of the 4th week of an academic term. Failure to submit payment on time will result
in a late payment fee. Please note that each term has specific class withdrawal deadlines (found on
each year’s academic calendar) and also has a matching refund schedule (see below).
