Group Life Insurance and
Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D)
Regional One Health offers life insurance through Minnesota Life
Insurance Group. Life insurance provides a source of income for your
beneiciary in the event of your death, helping them cover immediate
or long term expenses. Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D)
Insurance pays for death related to an accident or for the loss of a limb,
eye sight, hand, or foot related to an accident.
All full-time employees receive basic life and AD&D insurance coverage
equal to one times their base annual earnings up to $600,000.
