Enrollment Guide


ENROLLMENT PERIOD



Enrollment Period for 2021
Plan Year

The annual enrollment period for the 2021 beneits
will be held October 28 through November 10, 2020.
The 2021 Thompson Coburn beneits plan year is
January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. This
summary booklet outlines the beneits which apply to
the aforementioned plan year.


In accordance with the Affordable Care Act and the
Thompson Coburn LLP Flexible Beneit Plan, all
partners and employees, must enroll for themselves
and make their own election via the ESS (UltiPro)
online enrollment process for the medical, dental,
vision, health savings account (HSA), dependent care
lexible spending account (FSA), and Voya voluntary
insurance plans.


If you do not access ESS to elect or decline coverage
for the medical, dental, vision, HSA, dependent care
FSA and/or Voya voluntary insurance plans; the
default will be no election of coverage for 2021.

If you would like to elect or change your supplemental
life or AD&D insurance coverage during the annual
election period, please contact the Sr. Beneits
Manager (ext. 6370), or Beneits Specialist (ext. 6336).
