US Tool Group has partnered with BJC to bring you the best available
EAP. Everyone experiences demands for their time and energy on and
off the job. The key to balance is having the right tools.
This service is offered to all employees and their families. There is no
age limit on dependents as long as they are living in the household of the
employee. This service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
BJC connects you with a Masters-level counselor. Counselors are available
to help you with any of the following. If you need in-person counseling,
BJC will direct you to a qualiied counselor in your area who will help you
reach a healthy resolution.

z Parental stress
z Anxiety
z Work-life balance
z Addiction
z Trauma
z Grief and loss
z Financial itness
z Much more
BJC also offers access to professionals who can guide and consult on
family care, career, legal issues, wellness, elder care, Medicaid, adoption,
