Optimas Plan Overview
On your own: Fidelity’s Employer match—Optimas will match 100% of the irst 3% of salary
retirement planning tools and contributed and 50% of the next 3% of salary contributed—4.5%
services, including NetBeneits ®
company match in total based upon 6% employee contribution
Online or by mail: quarterly Vesting—employer contributions made by Optimas are 100% vested;
statements, newsletters, and
documents you are always 100% vested in your salary deferrals
One-on-one: retirement Roth—you may elect to defer salary on a “post-tax” basis
education and planning services Automatic features—the plan offers a voluntary automatic increase
service; if you would like your deferral percentage to increase by 1%
per year, you need to make the election by contacting Fidelity
