2020 Incentive
To qualify for the 2020 incentive, you must have completed the requirements before November 1, 2019. The way you
receive your incentive money depends on your plan election.
Traditional Plan Health Savings Plan
Those enrolled in the Traditional Plan will receive Those enrolled in the Health Savings Plan will

2021 Incentive
Associates and spouses who are enrolled on either Stein Mart medical plans are eligible to participate in the well-
being program and are eligible for the rewards.
Eligible associates can earn up to $50 per month, and up to $50 per month for eligible spouses for a total of $100 per
month.
To get started, visit accounts.werally.com and register if you have not already. You can also login by going to
myuhc.com and clicking on "Health Resources"
To participate, you must complete healthy actions that will earn percentages towards the total reward. You are able
to choose and complete the healthy actions that you believe are most beneficial for you; the more you participate,
the more you will receive. Upon each completed action, you will earn:
Percentages - To work towards Stein Mart's annual monetary incentive. Your total percentage will determine
your monthly incentive in 2021 which is based on a sliding scale.
Rally Coins - To use towards sweepstakes, discounted items or donate to charities.
