2022 Benefits Summary
Enrollment Period



Enrollment Period for 2022

Plan Year

The annual enrollment period for the 2022 beneits
will be held October 27 through November 9, 2021.
The 2022 Thompson Coburn beneits plan year is
January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. This
summary booklet outlines the beneits which apply
to the aforementioned plan year.


In accordance with the Afordable Care Act and
the Thompson Coburn LLP Flexible Beneit Plan, all
partners and employees must enroll for themselves
and make their own election via the ESS (UKG)
online enrollment process for the medical, dental,
vision, health savings account (HSA), dependent
care lexible spending account (FSA), Voya voluntary
insurance and Norton LifeLock plans.


If you do not access ESS to elect or decline coverage
for the medical, dental, vision, HSA, dependent care
FSA and/or Voya voluntary insurance, and Norton
LifeLock plans, the default will be no election of
coverage for 2022.

If you would like to elect or change your
supplemental life or AD&D insurance coverage
during the annual election period, please contact
