EAP specialists will conidentially discuss challenges
you and your family may be facing and provide you
with consultation, information, action plans, and
resources within your community. MetLife’s work-life
balance employee assistance program (EAP) ofers
online tool and resources. In addition, members
receive up to 10 counseling sessions either in person
or virtual.

Employees will default into the 401(k) at 3% thirty days after their irst paycheck. An employee will be
notiied by Fidelity via U.S. mail with their options to opt out or change their contributions by logging on to
www.401k.com or calling Fidelity at 800.835.5097.
