Medical and Prescription Drug Plans
Medical insurance is provided by Cigna. In addition to the current high deductible health plan (HDHP) paired
with a health savings account (HSA), TVS SCS NA continues to ofer a PPO plan with copays for certain
services. More information regarding these two options and how an HDHP and HSA work can be found on
the following pages.
Both plans utilize Cigna’s Open Access Plus network, which includes hundreds of thousands of physicians and
hospitals across the country.
How to Find a Doctor or Hospital Cigna’s Website
For the most up-to-date list of physicians and Cigna’s online member portal allows participants to
hospitals in the Open Access Plus network, visit complete the following:
www.mycigna.com and select the Open Access ■
Plus network. Once enrolled, you will have access View EOBs and review medical claims
to www.mycigna.com and additional tools and ■ Order an ID card
resources. ■ Estimate the cost of care
■ Estimate prescription drug costs
Virtual Visits ■
Virtual visits are part of your health beneits. A virtual Complete a health risk assessment
visit lets you see and talk to a doctor from your
mobile device or computer without an appointment.
Most visits take about 10–15 minutes and doctors
can write a prescription, if needed, which you can
pick up at your local pharmacy. You can log in
to www.mdlive.com to set up an account. You can
also call for a consultation. During your visit, you
will be able to talk to a doctor about your health
concerns, symptoms, and treatment options.
