The EAP offers assistance with a variety of personal concerns, such as
stress or anxiety, work and family issues, substance abuse, depression and
elder care, etc.
Eligibility
[Client] offers an EAP at no cost to you. All team members are eligible to
participate upon hire. There is no need to complete an enrollment form.
How the EAP Works
This professional counseling and referral program is available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week, to you, your family members and anyone
living in your household. The EAP that [Client] offers includes three
face-to-face sessions, LegalConnect, FinancialConnect, FamilySource, and
GuidanceResources Online.
To access the EAP, visit [Web Address] and login using the Web ID:
[Client ID] or call toll free [Number] (English/Spanish). All calls are
completely conidential.
