X You pay ofice visit/prescription drug copays and are not responsible
for meeting your deductible irst
High Deductible Health Plan
X The deductible must be satisied for all medical and prescription
beneits, with the exception of preventive care, in order for the plan
to start cost sharing
X There are no copays offered with this plan
X This plan is a non-embedded plan, which means if one or more
dependents are covered, the family deductible must be met by either
one person or a combination of people covered on the plan before
the plan begins sharing in the cost
