PPO Medical Plan is Getting a Make-Over
To continue offering this plan year over year to our team
members we need to structure this plan’s design and premiums
for long-term management.
Changes to expect to the PPO
X There will be adjustments to the premiums for this plan; SAL
will continue to pay for a large portion of the total premium
for this plan (and all our plans).
X An increase to the ER deductible to $400.
X A decrease to the out-of-pocket maximums (meaning less
total cost responsibility for you!).
Don’t miss anything during 2019 annual
enrollment.
