ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
Spouse Surcharge Reminder
If your spouse is on the Wiese health plan and waives full coverage
available to them through their employer, you are subject to an additional
$60 per week surcharge. During the online beneits enrollment, team
members who have spouses on the health plan will be asked to elect or
decline this surcharge if applicable. We appreciate your assistance!
Required Notices
Legally required notices will be emailed before the end of the year. If you
would like any of these documents to review beforehand please contact
