Vacation Time
Service Corporate Service Field
0–5 years 80 hours 0–5 years 90 hours
6–10 years 120 hours 6–10 years 132 hours
From year 10 on 160 hours From year 10 on 174 hours
Corporate employees may carry-over maximum of 160 accrued but
unused vacation hours not to exceed 320 hours in a year
Field employees may carry over up to 84 hours of accrued but unused
vacation time; grated, unused vacation time in excess of 84 hours will be
paid-out to the employee mid-irst quarter of the next calendar year
Field employees have the option to sell vacation in 84 hour increments
for pay in lieu of time off throughout the year
Identity Theft Shield
Identity Theft Shield provides an initial credit report and guide explaining how
to read the report, as well as continuous monitoring and identity restoration
in the event of a theft. A discounted rate is available when purchased with
LegalShield.
LegalShield Plan
The LegalShield Plan includes preventive legal services provider through a
network of independent provider attorney irms in each state and province,
phone consultation with attorneys, review of documents/phone calls/letters for
any legal matter and issues regarding identity theft. The plan also includes a
will for you and your spouse, motor vehicle moving violation representation,
trial defense, IRS audits, LegalShield when arrested or detained, and
discounted rates for other services. When purchased with Identity Theft
Shield coverage, you will receive a discounted rate.
