Whether you’re a caregiver, or someone who supports our clients in other ways, it’s easy to
overlook the needs that are most important—your own. For those times when you don’t have the
answers to life’s questions, you can turn to the conidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
offered by LifeWorks US Inc. through MetLife.
Think of it as your personal support system. No matter what kind of issue you may be facing, the
EAP can offer the advice, guidance, and support you need and deserve. The best part is you and
your household members can speak with a counselor or access online resources any time, day or
night.
This program is being offered at no cost to you.
The EAP can help with:
Marriage, relationship, and family problems Stress and anxiety
Managing work/life balance Alcohol and drug dependency
Changes in mood Identity theft
Legal and inancial issues Health and wellness concerns
Consultation and Support
You and the members of your household are entitled to up to 3 consultations with a licensed
clinician per incident, per individual, per calendar year. eYou have telephonic consultations for

informed of your participation without your prior written consent. In order to protect the safety of those involved,
