HRA
What is a Health Reimbursement Account
(HRA)?
An HRA is an account that is established by Envision AESC if you enroll
in the Reimbursement (HRA) plan and earn health incentive funding
as shown in the Health Incentive Program details on page 12. You may
use your HRA funds to pay for all medical and prescription expenses
that apply toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum for your
covered family members. You may not use HRA funds for dental, vision,
or over-the-counter prescription expenses.
All health incentive HRA funds earned roll over from year to year,
as long as you are enrolled in the Reimbursement (HRA) plan. Your
account balance is not restricted to a maximum. If you leave Envision
AESC, you may not take your HRA with you unless you continue your
Reimbursement (HRA) plan coverage through COBRA.
You will receive a WageWorks debit card that may be used to pay for
eligible expenses. The IRS requires that WageWorks reach out to you to
request substantiation for medial or prescription claims which cannot be
determined to be eligible when you use your WageWorks debit card.
