Next Steps
Log on to ADP between May 30 and June 6 to make changes
You must log on to enroll in Medical benefits or you will not have medical
coverage as of July 1, 2018
All other lines of coverage are a passive enrollment. They will roll over from
the previous plan year.
Open a PayFlex HSA when eligible in order to make tax-free contributions via
payroll and receive Centennial contributions as applicable
Should you need to elect or change beneficiaries for the life or AD&D
insurance plans, you may do so at any time throughout the year
