Voluntary Hospital Indemnity
Hospital Indemnity insurance is designed to provide
inancial assistance for an event that results in a hospital
coninement, to supplement your current coverage.
Employees can use this plan to help with any out-of-
pocket expenses or extra bills. Beneits are paid directly
to you, regardless of the actual cost of treatment.
Your plan has a $1,000 admission beneit upon
being admitted to the hospital, as well as a $200 daily
coninement beneit each day you’re there. If you’re
admitted to the ICU, your plan pays a $400 daily
coninement beneit.
There are no pre-existing condition exclusions or
pregnancy exclusions in your plan.
