Who Is Eligible? Dependent Verification

pre-tax basis. The elections you make will remain in effect for one full
year, unless you experience a qualifying event (such as marriage, divorce,
birth or adoption of a child, or loss of spouse’s coverage or employment).
You must notify Beneits Department in writing within 31 days of the
qualifying event. Failure to do so will result in waiting until next Open
Enrollment.
