your options and their value. This beneit guide is an important new way
to communicate DAWSON’s beneits program. Additionally, we hope this
guide helps educate and empower you and your family members to elect
the insurance coverage and beneit support you need.
This guide describes the competitive beneits package made available
to you. We know you rely on DAWSON to provide a comprehensive
beneits program covering a wide range of inancial, physical, and
emotional needs. We strive to create an attractive beneits package, as we
know attracting a strong workforce is essential to DAWSON’s success.
We also believe a broad and attractive beneits program exempliies the
respect and esteem we have for our employees. DAWSON’s investment
with providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision programs have
been made and offered to allow you to meet your individual needs. The
HDHP 1 medical plan option is a qualiied high deductible health plan.
If you elect this plan, you will now have the option to contribute on a
tax free basis to a Health Savings Account. Full details of the beneits of
this new offering are provided in this Guide. We provide life insurance
coverage to help you prepare for the unknown and protect your family
from inancial risk, along with the option to purchase additional voluntary
life and AD&D coverage as well as short and long term disability
coverage. Additional voluntary accident, critical illness and hospital
indemnity coverage is also available. We also offer retirement options, paid
time off, and paid holidays because we understand the importance of rest
and relaxation for your work-life balance.
