Eligible dependents generally include your legally married spouse,
and same or opposite sex domestic partner and children up to age 26.
Children may include natural, adopted, step-children, or children obtained
through court-appointed legal guardianship.
If you cover a domestic partner, you must complete a domestic partner
afidavit that is available on ADP/WFN as you make your enrollment
elections.
