HooPayz. These services are available for all eligible associates and their
dependents. HooPayz assists members with navigating the healthcare
system correctly, so you don’t pay more than you should for healthcare

X Research lower cost options which work for you and your family by
comparing prices between high quality providers on your behalf
X Claims assistance and billing issues

your beneits are applied correctly
Y HooPayz will help you with balance billing, out-of-network fees,
and appeals with providers
X Medical bill dispute and negotiation
X Your HooPayz personal advisor will contact the provider on your
behalf about any disputed amount you owe or billing error concerns
Y HooPayz will negotiate discounts and payment options with
providers
HooPayz provides absolute conidentiality. Your employer will not have
access to your personal information unless you ask for coordination. To
