can help make you an empowered healthcare consumer who takes control
of healthcare costs. Below are just a few of the many services that Alight
provides:
Review your medical bills and EOBs
Follow up with insurance plans and providers in case of errors
Facilitate bill payment or bill guidance
Find in-network providers
Assist in obtaining pre-authorizations and out-of-pocket cost
estimates for procedures
Alight is available to full-time associates, their spouse, parents, parents-in-
law and children, regardless of plan provider. To reach out to an advocate,
call 800.513.1667, complete an online proile at member.compassphs.com
or email answers@compassphs.com. After January 1, 2020 you can route
all questions to answers@alight.com.
