Your 2021 Benefits Guide

you work hard every day to help Goodwill carry out its mission. We have worked hard to design a beneits program
that recognizes your value to Goodwill and offers you ways to take better care of yourself and your family members.
New Hire Enrollment Changing Your Benefits Mid-Year
Welcome to our team! You are eligible for the beneits Once you make your elections, you will not be
described in this booklet if you are an active full-time able to make changes until next year’s annual
employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life
