Your health is important, and it is really important to Goodwill that you take care of yourself and stay healthy. To
help, Goodwill pays a portion of your premium cost to purchase health insurance. We have also designed a plan
that helps cover the cost of most healthcare services. Medical and pharmacy coverage is provided by BlueCross
BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST). Employees who enroll will receive an ID card.

What is a Network?
A network is a group of providers your plan contracts
with at discounted rates. You will almost always pay Important Insurance Terms
less when you receive care in-network. The Select (S) Deductible: the amount of money you are responsible
