Wellness Rewards
As part of NISC’s wellness initiative, you can earn wellness points by
engaging in a variety of health-related activities, which are reported through
the NISC Wellness Portal. Points will be earned for activities completed and
reported between January 1, 2015 and November 30, 2015. Points earned
in 2015 will determine employer HSA contribution for 2016. If you are
ineligible for an HSA, rewards will be distributed through payroll and are
subject to tax. Rewards are deposited January 2016. You must be an NISC
employee on the date of distribution in order to receive wellness funds.
Points may be earned for a variety of activities in the following categories:
z Education
z Biometrics
z Prevention
z Physical Activity
