Paid Leave
2015 Open Enrollment
Time Off Bank/Sick
Leave You may
You have a choice between two paid leave plans according to the chart select either
below. Time Off Bank and Sick Leave accrue monthly and are available for plan each year during open
use following the close of the inal pay period of the month in which they enrollment. If you previously
were earned. selected and accrued
Regular Sick Leave, and later select
Under the Regular Sick Leave plan (or “TOB 1”), you will earn fewer TOB the Extended Sick Leave plan,
days and more sick days, but Regular Sick Leave may be used immediately as any accrued Regular Sick Leave
it is accrued and may be used for illness or medical appointments, including hours over 48 will be converted

Under the Extended Sick Leave plan (or “TOB 2”), you will earn more information regarding TOB and
TOB days and fewer sick days, but Extended Sick Leave may be used only Sick Leave.
after you take three days of TOB (or Regular Sick Leave if previously
accrued) for the same occurrence. Extended sick leave may also be used
only for immediate family members for whom you are the primary caregiver
following three days of TOB (or Regular Sick Leave if previously accrued).
