Vacation




Vacation Holidays

The amount of vacation paid by the Company to which you are eligible „ New Year’s Day
depends on your length of completed years of service with the Company.
„ Memorial Day
The Company encourages employees to use their vacation to rest from „ Independence Day
the pressures of work and have extended time with families. „ Labor Day

From 0 to less than 1 year of service 10 days or 3 .08 hrs/pay period „ Christmas Eve
From 1 to less than 2 years of service 11 days or 3 .38 hrs/pay period
From 2 to less than 3 years of service 12 days or 3 .69 hrs/pay period „ Christmas Day
From 3 to less than 4 years of service 13 days or 4 .00 hrs/pay period „ One Floating Holiday
From 4 to less than 5 years of service 14 days or 4 .31 hrs/pay period
From 5 to less than 6 years of service 15 days or 4 .62 hrs/pay period
From 6 to less than 7 years of service 16 days or 4 .92 hrs/pay period
From 7 to less than 8 years of service 17 days or 5 .23 hrs/pay period
From 8 to less than 9 years of service 18 days or 5 .54 hrs/pay period
From 9 to less than 10 years of service 19 days or 5 .85 hrs/pay period
10+ years of service 20 days or 6 .15 hrs/pay period

Grade Levels 7 and Above

If you join the company in a grade level 7 or above position, you begin
earning annual leave at 15 days per year and on your 6 year anniversary,
you will begin accruing 16 days per year. If you are promoted into a
grade level 7 position, you will begin accruing 15 days of vacation on the
effective date of the promotion unless you have already been with the
company more than 5 years, in which case you will retain your current
accrual rate.
