Enrolling for 2017 Coverage
X To make your 2017 Beneit elecions, visit www.DANbeneitsPLUS.com during your
Iniial Enrollment period and click on “Enroll Now”; if you don’t have computer access
at home or work, call the beneitsPLUS gold tech center at 1-855-326-7870
X Remember, you must make an elecion or you’ll be waived from all coverages requiring
an employee contribuion.
Making Changes During the 2017 Plan Year
Under IRS rules, your beneit elecions must remain in efect unil the next plan year which starts on January 1, 2018
unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You must register your changes by visiing www.DANbeneitsPLUS.
com or by calling the beneitsPLUS soluion center within 31 days of the qualifying event.
