Submitting a Claim
Our FSA program is administered through Discovery Beneits. All eligible
expenses must be incurred by December 31 and must be submitted to
Discovery Beneits for reimbursement by March 31 of the following year.
FSA claim forms are available at www.discoverybeneits.com.
Reimbursements from your FSA accounts can be processed when
you submit either a paper form or online submission through
www.discoverybeneits.com. Through www.discoverybeneits.com you can
set up convenient direct deposit reimbursements to your account. If you
do not set up direct deposits, reimbursements will be mailed as a check to
you.
FSA $500 Rollover
Our FSA program includes a $500 rollover provision. You can rollover
up to $500 of unused FSA dollars into your account to use next year. The
FSA debit card will continue to work as normal, using the funds which are
carried over in addition to the participants’ election amounts for the next
plan year. The amount you rollover is in addition to your regular annual
election. The carryover option is only available for the healthcare FSA.
