As an HIMSS employee, your benefits are an important component of your Total Rewards package. In
accordance with our Total Rewards philosophy, we review our benefits plans on an ongoing basis to ensure
we provide options that meet a variety of needs and are market competitive. It’s just as important that
you review our benefit options to ensure you are choosing the benefits that support your and your family’s
mental, physical and professional wellbeing needs for the next year.
This guide provides a summary of your benefit options. Please review it carefully and challenge yourself to
make sure you are choosing the right benefits for you and your family. Then make your elections before the
deadline. All elections you make during the Open Enrollment period will be effective on January 1, 2021 and
will remain in effect through December 31, 2021. No changes will be allowed at any other time unless you
have a Qualified Life Event (such as a birth, death, divorce, marriage, etc.).
