• Survey-based exercise to determine how employees value
different attributes of their total rewards program
• Employees are asked to compare two beneits packages
and choose the total rewards package they most prefer
• Packages are reshufled throughout the survey experience
to statistically quantify the most inluential and important
parts of the package for an individual employee
