We partner with MetLife to provide an employee Work and home relationships
assistance program to help you and members of Depression and grief
your household ind solutions and resources to tackle Alcohol and substance abuse
life’s challenges. From simple questions such as quick Child, adult, and elder care
ways to de-stress or how to ind more time in your Legal and inancial consultations
schedule, to more dificult issues such as inding Identity theft
support after the loss of a loved one, your program is
there to work with you and offer suggestions, options,
and information.
EAP specialists will conidentially discuss challenges
you and your family may be facing and provide you
with consultation, information, action plans, and
resources within your community. MetLife’s work-life
balance employee assistance program (EAP) offers
online tool and resources. In addition, members
receive up to 10 counseling sessions either in person
or virtual.
